Role Overview:
As the Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect & Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding the functional and technical aspects of the project, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with the client's business goals. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on project management, making it ideal for a professional who excels in both technical expertise and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- MS Dynamics & Power Platform Expertise:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's MS Dynamics and Power Platform environment.
- Lead and conduct thorough assessments of the Power Platform & MS Dynamics CE, including data gathering and stakeholder interviews.
- Provide functional leadership throughout the assessment, ensuring that all business requirements are fully captured and addressed.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) Leadership:
- Serve as the SME for MS Dynamics CE implementations, guiding the team on best practices, functional capabilities, and integration strategies.
- Ensure that the solution design meets the client’s business needs and adheres to industry standards.
- Project Management:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Conduct project workshops to facilitate collaboration and alignment between the client and project teams.
- Oversee project resources, risk management, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful delivery.
Client Engagement & Presentation:
- Lead the development of high-impact client presentations, clearly communicating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the Executive Sponsor to present solutions and strategies to senior client stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in leading Dynamics 365 CE implementations from a functional perspective.
- Strong understanding of integration strategies and data migration within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Project Management:
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Ability to manage project risks, timelines, and resources effectively.
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
Client-Focused:
- Ability to understand and align with client business objectives, ensuring that solutions meet their needs.
- Experience in conducting client workshops and leading discussions with executive-level stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics 365, Project Management (PMP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
