Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain and build relationships with potential candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department managers to create precise job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals to find suitable candidates.
- Screen Applications: Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to shortlist top candidates.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews, while organizing technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Manage Logistics: Handle interview logistics, including travel arrangements if necessary.
- Provide Reports: Deliver clear and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Build Candidate Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Promote Employer Brand: Highlight and promote the company as an attractive workplace.
- Maintain Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of all candidates, including active prospects, former employees, and potential future hires.
- Attend Recruitment Events: Represent the company at job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment practices and trends in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including online and offline approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
