Summary of the Role:
This position will be primarily responsible for leading strategic efforts to drive sales and expand the client base across Pune & Mumbai markets, focusing on high-end clientele. You will build and maintain relationships with designers, architects, and affluent customers. Additionally, you shall identify new market opportunities and oversee the implementation of growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
•Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, and architects to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
•Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to target affluent customers and grow the brand's presence.
•Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure high levels of customer service and sales conversion.
•Partnerships & Networking: Establish partnerships with luxury real estate developers and other complementary businesses to enhance showroom visibility.
•Event Management: Organize exclusive events and exhibitions to attract potential clients and showcase the showroom’s offerings.
•Budget & Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure financial goals are met while maintaining the brand's luxury standards.
•Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the showroom, representing the brand at industry events and ensuring its positioning aligns with ultra-luxury expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field is ideally required.
- Relevant Certifications: Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or luxury retail (e.g., Certified Luxury Marketing Professional) can be an advantage.
- Luxury Retail Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on high-end furniture, interior design, or related industries.
