Roles and Responsibilities
Student Conversion
-Counselling and converting students who apply to the University.
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of external stakeholders (students, agents, parents and families, and academic collaborators in India), maximizing relationships to deliver objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver on the conversion strategy through student recruitment support for the India team.
-Develop a good understanding of the University’s application portal ‘SIMS’ to provide updates stakeholders, both internal and external
-Calling and following up with the applicants pre and post offer.
-Advising prospective students and offer-holders on a range of matters, including courses, entry requirements and how to apply, scholarships, accommodation and visa and immigration processes.
-Convert offer holders to paid students.
-Ensure that all queries raised are resolved within 72 working hours.
-Maintain an active engagement, on WhatsApp and social media platforms, with prospective students.
-Manage inboxes and respond to queries within 48 working hours.
-Support students with their application processes and support related to offers and enrolment.
Additional responsibilities
-Support in recruitment activities as required based on current priorities of the team.
-Contribute toward the social media engagement of the University
-Coordinating with agents in relation to events, invoices and triage of enquiries
Reporting
-Submit the following reports on or before the deadline:
-Monthly updates/reports
-Monthly tracker
-Expense reports within the time specified by UKIBC
Assistance for University staff (during India visits)
As directed by the University and India Team
