Our ethos is inspired by Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We use a holistic approach to hospitality to create carefully considered spaces that are exquisite yet unpretentious, centered on helping people connect to what matters to them. We currently operate two members clubs. 1 Warwick in Soho and Mortimer House in Fitzrovia.
Key Purpose
The overall purpose of this role is to enrich the brand, culture and community for Maslow s by executing an inspiring annual programme of member events, brand partnerships, and coordinating PR opportunities requested by our PR agency.
KPIs
- Coordinate between 20-50 events per month.
- Member attendance, satisfaction and interest in the Member s Culture & Events Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & Events:
- Deliver successful events across member programming and PR in collaboration with the operations team.
- Coordinate and own the monthly Culture & Events Programme for our member houses, including between 8-16 events per month, reflecting brand values, and growing member engagement and awareness.
- Coordinate and own 4 large-scale seasonal member events per year e.g., Valentines, Christmas, Birthday party.
- Research and source suitable event suppliers to deliver the Culture & Events Programme to spec and budget based on monthly, quarterly and annual event planning.
- Brand representative for member and PR events as a liaison and to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on member event engagement, plus proactive recommendations of how to improve each event in future.
Marketing:
- Coordinate and be in-house liaison for PR agencies, creators and media contacts, providing them with what they need to execute the media and press strategy.
- Develop and explore partnership enquiries and local initiatives.
- Produce digital partnership communications on internal channels.
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager with content creation across paid and owned channels for membership and private hire.
- Support the Brand Manager with photoshoots and content creation (note experience with Canva or other creative software tools is not expected but desirable).
Note: Member and Brand Partnership events do also occur outside of the normal working day and this role is expected to work flexibly to 40 hours a week, to cover priority events in the evenings and ad hoc at the weekend.
