Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an Associate HR and Admin at Vedx Academy. As an Associate HR and Admin, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and providing administrative support. This includes handling recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, coordinating training programs, and supporting general office operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively communicate with team members and support the overall HR and administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Freshers also can apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with remote work and virtual team collaboration is a plus
