Wealth Solutions International is the independent real assets specialist for private wealth firms.
As a solutions manager (m/f/d) in our international wealth solutions (wholesale) business, you will cater to global and regional financial intermediaries (wealth managers, private banks, insurance companies, and asset managers) and their clientele:
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire life cycle, from prospecting to idea generation and client conversion.
- Manage each client alongside the WS INT value chain/consultative approach: idea, design, marketing, execution.
- Coordinate, manage, guide, and oversee the entire process with internal stakeholders such as products, structuring, legal, marketing/events, fund management, operations.
- Client coverage: preparation, conceptualisation, task and project management.
- Strategic and operational product and project management.
- Identification of prospects from various sources/databases.
- Salesforce management: comprehensive set-up, incl. structure and relevant information; opportunity management of contacts, relevant emails & opportunities.
- Salesforce monitoring: monitoring of prospects, of demand to define potential solution/opportunity, of the expected timeline.
What we look for
- University degree (e.g. bachelor’s or above).
- 5 years+ relevant experience having worked for a financial intermediary or for a wealth/tech platform in a wholesale or related function.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets with a focus on real assets (real estate and infrastructure) and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective client and sales skills and the ability to capitalise on existing, as well as developing new business opportunities with the skill to be creative and to think outside of the box.
- Strong networking and communication skills, a proactive approach to working with international colleagues as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to engage at all levels.
- The confidence to work autonomously but within a high energy, results/performance focused team culture.
- Highest ethical standards, integrity and discipline, as well as a strong and resilient team player and truly service oriented.
- Excellent communicator in English (oral and written) is a must, optional in any other language spoken in Europe.
- Ability and willingness to travel (~30%).
- Aptitude for innovation, digitisation, and technology.
