About the Senior Account Manager, B2B PR role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, as a particular focus of the role will be on thought leadership. You will have at least two years of B2B PR experience with a proven track record of achieving impressive results for your clients, creating stories that raise their profile and get them noticed. You will be passionate and curious about news, current affairs, and the media in general, across traditional and social channels.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager, B2B:
- Liaising with clients and journalists, and pitching ideas to press in the UK and across the globe
- Putting together B2B PR strategies for existing and prospective clients
- Writing/editing press releases, thought pieces, comments, or blogs
- Sourcing and securing opportunities for key client spokespeople
- Leading and managing junior team members
- Building journalist contacts
- Playing an active role in organic client growth and new business pitches
The Ideal Senior Account Executive, Technology PR candidate
This agency is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial B2B Account Manager, looking to take their next step on their career journey. Ideally, you will be either an established SAE looking towards your next role or a B2B-focused AM seeking more autonomy and creativity in your role.
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Senior Account Executive, Technology PR:
- 2+ years of B2B PR expertise (Any B2B industry experience considered)
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
