We are currently recruiting for aSenior Digital Marketing Manager!
A key department within Space NK, the marketing department are responsible for creatingcampaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. Thedepartment consists of three teams: marketing & events, content marketing and digitalmarketing.
Role Purpose:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director, working closely withthe rest of the marketing department and wider teams across the business from PR andcommercial to technology and CRM. The role is responsible for creating and executing aperformance-led digital marketing strategy for paid marketing channels, supporting customertargets across acquisition, retention and reactivation, delivering an optimised and efficientCPA and ROI for both the UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities:
• Effectively demonstrate the value of digital marketing activity to the business.
• Deliver, own and evolve the global affiliate marketing strategy including dedicated
programs for key territories.
• Deliver, own and evolve the digital partnerships strategy, driving brand awareness,
familiarity and ultimately new customer acquisition through strategically planned and
measurable content creator activity.
• Work closely with our PPC agency to deliver, own and evolve the global PPC strategy,
leading and implementing projects to deliver against business objectives.
• Deliver, own and evolve the global paid social strategy, supporting activity for both SpaceNK and our brand partner campaigns.
• Deliver, own and evolve the display strategy, identifying and working with the right partnersto deliver against business objectives.
• Own and propose digital marketing budgets to align with channel objectives.
• Forecast and report against customer, traffic and sales targets.
• Provide insight to the wider business on the performance of digital marketing channels, andtheir role within the wider marketing mix.
• Drive the digital marketing team to consistently optimise against CPA and ROI, ensuring allchannels are running at their most efficient against business goals.
• Foster strong working relationships between the digital marketing team and other teams inmarketing and the wider business, developing opportunities to both improve digitalmarketing performance and support wider business initiatives.
• Lead, manage and develop the digital marketing team (directly line manage two team
members, eight additional team members).
• Build and manage relationships with all agency partners, ensuring they are delivering
against strategy and KPIs. Review partners where necessary, lead RFP process and pitches.
• Be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, ensuring Space NK are the first to testand try new functionality and tools within the digital marketing space that deliver againstbusiness objectives.
