What you will be doing
- Driving technology alignment across the organisation towards the overall strategy, enterprise architecture and core principles.
- Steer enterprise-wide target state architecture for a customer-centric, integrated product landscape, articulating its rationale at the board level and developing technology roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Spearheading the establishment of a robust architecture assurance model to enhance decision-making speed and quality.
- Oversee technology portfolio health indicators, and drive continuous improvement through in-depth research on evolving trends and advancements in technology.
- Foster a collaborative architecture community, lead hands-on involvement in "Big Bet" initiatives, intervene when necessary.
- Ensure technology transformation happens, combining strategic direction setting and focus with drive for results in execution.
Who we are looking for

- Expertise in technology compliance and regulatory requirements, with a broad technical acumen spanning the full technology stack and product development best practices.
- Proven track record in designing and operating scalable, customer-facing solutions and effective people leadership within complex international matrix environments.
- Strong multicultural awareness and the ability to engage confidently with board members, executive committees, and senior regulators.
- Demonstrated resilience, commitment to high standards, and extensive experience in enterprise-level architecture and design for multinational customer-facing product organizations, coupled with adept problem-solving skills and an understanding of trade-offs in systems delivery and operations.
