Our client is seeking a dynamic Junior Solution Architect to join their professional services team. You'll work alongside their CTO, assisting in pre-sales and solution design engagements with major UK clients, including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Metro Bank, Tesco, and Morrisons.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in building a managed service around endpoint solutions that will rival Intune.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the 'right-hand man' to the CTO.
- Assist in pre-sales and solution design engagements with large customers.
- Lead engagements with smaller clients after receiving necessary training.
- Conduct customer demos on cutting-edge tech, including their endpoint service.
- Explain the value of their services in a pre-sales capacity.
- Contribute to high-level solution designs for customers.
Skills/Must Have:
- Basic networking knowledge (proxy, DNS, encryption).
- Broad tech knowledge, with Tanium knowledge being a significant advantage.
- Ability to research and understand new technologies quickly.
- Strong, warm, and extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest and proactive in addressing knowledge gaps.
- Background in desktop/helpdesk support, transitioning into a pre-sales engineer, junior solution architect, or technical consultant role.
