A passionate Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading full-service digital agency with a proven track record based in Northampton on a full-time, hybrid working basis.

Required Skills:
- Search ads / Paid media
- Content writing
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Reporting on your campaigns
- You are experienced in the creation of creating ad campaigns, including bid management, and then optimising the campaigns for ongoing improvements
- You enjoy the challenges of discovering audiences and are obsessed with detailing!
Required Experience:
- Working knowledge of MCC, Google ads, and Analytics, in particular sales, marketing, and customer analytics with an ability to interpret information to tangible business benefits
- Proven experience in executing paid search across multiple platforms including e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, and Bing for lead generation campaigns
- 1-2 years in a current digital marketing role
- Strong Knowledge of digital marketing including Search, Display, and Retargeting
- Good writing and language skills, confident to speak on the phone and in person to lead or contribute to work and client meetings
- Experience in setting up PPC health checks, trials, and analysis of prospects and new accounts
- Knowledge and understating of Programmatic Display, Retargeting Solutions, Tag management, and conversion management tools
- Google Qualified
- Some experience in SEO, CRO or SMM an advantage
