Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Educational Admission Ad Sales located in New Delhi. The primary duty involves tracking down and following up with higher ed institutions.
Sell Online Advertising Solutions to the Universities/Institutes/Training Agencies/ B2B Marketing & Advertisement Sales.
Relationship Management :- Develop and manage the relationship with senior management at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or video conversations.
Drafting Proposals- Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the clients.
Revenue Generation- Responsible for generating Ad sales revenue by developing online /mobile advertising opportunities.
Sales Forecasting and target achievement: Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.- Other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Developing and building a lead generation plan,meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization. Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in educational sales, preferably in admissions or related services
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive a sales team towards success
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
