Scope:
Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Senior Management and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage & schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential documents and database
- Facilitate MIS, Reports, Dashboard basis Management requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for a senior leader (C-Suite, Executive, MD level)
- Industry- Hospitality, Aviation (Air hostess/ Cabin crew) preferred
- Age- 32-38 years of age, ideal age around 35
- Candidate comes across as reserved and mature
