Operational Responsibilities:
-Perform Master Data transaction processing responsibilities including creation and maintenance of customer and Vendor masters in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures
-Responsible for periodic master data clean up initiatives to ensure accurate and complete data
-Responsible for the quality of the master data and data conventions
-Support resolution of any issues faced with MDM solution
-Provide quality service/ advice in accordance with agreed service standards
-Responsible for production of Master Data reports as directed
-Contribute to achievement of Master Data performance and quality standards as defined service level agreements
-Responsible for the proper support of master data and resolution of all tickets in a timely manner, as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) goals
-Identify data-related business problems, pain points, and root cause(s), while executing the processes, and communicate them to the lead.

-Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from Lead
-Participate in functional and technical training
-Ensure complying with KPIs for the team
-Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups
-Effective communication of issues across the FSS and working groups
-Provide information to the Lead on work accomplishments, problems, progress in work processes, individuals, and team needs
-Provide quality service/ advice in accordance with agreed service standards
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science
Experience:
Minimum 1 years’ work experience in MDM in a SSC set up
Technical Skill required to meet position objectives:
-Knowledge and experience of D365 - ERP system
-Knowledge of Master Data Management toolset and its capabilities
-Understanding of accounting systems and processes
-Analytical ability and Data gathering and diagnosis ability
Inter-personal skills and attributes required to meet position objectives:
-Strong communication and decision-making skills
-Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
-Highly articulate, with the ability to challenge existing processes and deliver compelling, well-structured arguments for change
-Fluency in English (both written and oral)
