Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager for Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in India and support all 14 OPCOs in designing and executing effective marketing strategies. This role is crucial for driving subscriber growth and revenue for the company. The role will report to Group Head of Marketing – Airtel Money
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and market share across all OPCOs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth.
- Utilize advanced data analytics, SQL and business intelligence tools to track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, OPCO leaders, and external partners.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure effective budget management, maximizing ROI for all marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom and fintech industries.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing within the telecom or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using SQL and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
