About the role:
•Contribute to the development of the overall culture strategy ensuring alignment with organizational values and purpose.
•Lead implementation of Firm wide Culture Transformation initiatives including strengthening our listening strategy
•Monitor and assess employee sentiments, organizational climate and cultural trends to drive actionable insights
•Act as a cultural ambassador and continually reinforce our EVP and Values
•Work with Talent Strategists and other stakeholders in building the brand and a positive and inclusive work culture.
•Work effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver high impact projects
•Network externally to stay abreast with the latest thinking and to be a spokesperson for our practices
Experience & Behavioral / team skills
- 7 to 8 years of experience in HR/HR Consulting (Experience in similar field or related (HRBP ) . Pan India experience is desirable.
- Strong business acumen along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of working in a complex or diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained in a professional services firm
- Responsible for delivering large scale projects with multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder management
- Behavioural traits should include: Creative and Lateral thinker, Collaborative, working with influence rather than command & control, intellectually curious, Empathy, Cultural Sensitivity and Digital Savviness
