Role Overview
As a CX Planning Director at Havas Lynx Group you will lead the CX strategy team, in collaboration with the Head of CX Strategy. You will have had extensive experience of both experience development (in terms of upstream activities like journey mapping) as well as in delivery of outstanding products, services, and tactics that meet an experiential need. You will be a true champion of insight-led experience and will be a trusted partner, internally and for clients.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Own the experience strategy for a portfolio of brands, demonstrating a robust understanding of the CX journey and the priority touchpoints to be optimised.
- Be a leader in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to improve healthcare experiences for patients and medical professionals.
- Understand the wider brand architecture and ecosystems within which brands operate, and how to work within them.
- Be the voice of the healthcare professional and patient, and understand how the brand should exist in their lives.
- Develop strong relationship with clients, developing your standing as the voice of CX strategy and of the agency's thinking.
What we’d like to see from you:
- Agency experience is a must for this role.
- The ability to research and learn new categories, markets and approaches easily and quickly, and apply these learnings to CX strategic frameworks.
- Knowledge of a range of existing CX/UX frameworks (though we will also invest in upskilling you in the frameworks we use).
- The ability to co-create client briefs.
- Line-management or mentoring capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
