We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Function Support Specialist with a focus on Human Resources (HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and HR teams as well as technical configuration and data analysis / data reporting in tableau
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Support: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring timely and efficient problem-solving.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help end-users effectively utilize Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules. English Profiency.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and configuration of Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements and project lead with SOPs and SLA determination to optimize HR operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud Fusion System, implement solutions, and support ongoing projects.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data integrity and functionality.
- Upgrades and Patches: Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and analytics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules support and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules.
- Proficiency in configuring Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules.
- Proficiency in tableau data reporting and data analysis to support HR metrics, reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware.
Soft Skills:

Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications in HR modules are preferred.
