EdgeVerve's Brand Team is seeking a seasoned and strategic Brand Manager (Manager - Marketing Communication) to lead and enhance our brand and communication initiatives. Reporting directly to the Brand Head, this role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies. The ideal candidate will bring up to 10 years of experience in brand management within marketing, ensuring the successful implementation of brand initiatives and significantly boosting brand visibility and authority.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
- Brand Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of multi-scale brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
- Market Positioning: Drive the positioning of EdgeVerve's platforms and capabilities across industries to enhance brand recognition and influence.
Content Strategy and Development
- Brand Asset Management: Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, and brand messaging, boilerplates, presentations, etc.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand awareness.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support brand initiatives and drive engagement.
Budget Management
- Financial Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments.
Thought Leadership and Creative Development
- Thought Leadership: Lead thought leadership initiatives by working with external writers, developing insightful content, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Creative Development: Oversee the creation of innovative marketing materials and campaigns that differentiate the brand and engage audiences.
Public Relations and External Communications
- PR Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation, manage media relations, and oversee agency management.
- Media Engagement: Drive targeted media engagements, industry stories, and strategic media bylines to maintain a positive public image.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Product, Digital, analyst relations, ABM, and GTM teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Collaborative Projects: Oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Events
- Event Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, industry conferences, and internal events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from planning and registration to on-site coordination and post-event analysis.
Market Research and Analysis
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Differentiation: Identify unique brand differentiators and leverage them to enhance market positioning.
Qualifications
- Education:
- MBA in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Up to 10 years of experience in Branding and marketing communication similar leadership role.
