Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team of highly successful recruiters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves guiding clients through the recruitment process while achieving sales targets. Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct interviews and headhunt candidates, providing detailed information and answering queries.
- Negotiate offers between candidates and clients.
- Maintain an organised database of candidates, clients, and leads to ensure efficient follow-up.
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing contracts and managing paperwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or negotiation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills with an emphasis on organisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing our service to a broader clientele.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market is beneficial but not mandatory.
