Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including designers, writers, art directors, and other creative professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting creative excellence and continuous learning.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to guide the team through the creative process.
- Creative Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the creation of innovative concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand messaging across various media platforms (digital, print, social media, video, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in the brand’s voice, tone, and visual style across all creative materials.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final execution, within budget and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of creative strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, and printers, to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing guidance and identifying opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand engagement and business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and web design.
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and data-driven marketing.
