About the role
An exciting role for an experienced HR Business Partner arises within the HR department. The post holder will be working collaboratively with key stakeholders, supporting the implementation of initiatives and activities; advising, coaching and partnering with managers throughout the employment lifecycle.
About you
The successful candidate will be providing an organised, timely and proactive service; utilising intelligence and insights which are evidence-based. They will have analytical skills and excellent communication skills. They will be acting as the bridge between the client group and the Centres of Expertise within HR. They will also be working closely with local HR-focused staff within the client group and Business Partners from other Professional Services areas (e.g., Finance, Estates, Information Services, Communication & Marketing).
