Role Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and monitoring lead-generation clients. You will work alongside a dedicated team of four professionals, helping to set up and optimise lead generation campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a commitment of two hours per week in our office, with the flexibility to manage additional client onboarding tasks remotely throughout the week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients for lead generation services.
- Monitor and optimise lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Utilise CRM systems to manage client data and create automations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless setup and integration for new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and team members to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Utilise WordPress to update and maintain the company website.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure digital assets are up to date.
- Utilise Google Analytics to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Conduct copywriting for various marketing materials.
- Implement B2B marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilise Adobe software for graphic design tasks.
