An exciting Head of Key Account Management opportunity has just become available with a successful specialist logistics business, to support their continued growth through nurturing and optimising key customer relationships and growing new customer accounts.
This is a leadership role which will require exceptional commercial acumen, commitment to developing customer solutions and delivering excellent service.
You will have a background in leading teams within key account management/sales within fast paced logistics operations where you will have worked with a broad range of high volume, high value customer accounts.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within time critical logistics / 3PL operations in managing all aspects of large customer contract accounts.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
- Customer centric relationship builder.
- Ability to maximise value through relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Contract Management and project planning.
- Demonstrated experience in introducing new customer accounts.
- Highly analytical with exceptional financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to demonstrate contribution to growth.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
