The Opportunity
As the HR Business Partner in Reperio, you will be responsible for managing the human resource function within Reperio. Your role will primarily deal with generalist HR responsibilities, focusing on shaping the future of the workforce in Reperio and establishing robust approaches to assist in the growth of our Business. This role is based in the Reperio headquarters in Belfast but encompasses responsibilities requiring the successful individual to undertake generalist HR responsibilities for our US offices (predominantly undertaken remotely from Belfast). The HR Business Partner will provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Creating robust processes regarding internal reviews (monthly/yearly performance, probationary reviews, etc.)
- Manage review procedures & lead any formal disciplinary proceedings
- Assist in development, delivery & implementation of HR Strategy across the Belfast & US offices
- Managing employee absence (sickness/annual leave, etc.)
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning & development programmes
- Manage equality monitoring processing & collection
- Manage existing HRIS and maximize all functionalities, creating a robust systematic approach, scalable across different office locations.
- Assist in employee engagement strategies, building out company culture initiatives across our Belfast & US offices
- Deliver HR projects in support of business objectives.
- Managing general HR functions
- Act as company Fire Warden
About You
- Degree Educated & CIPD Qualified
- Circa 10 years commercial experience in a relevant HR position
- Strong working knowledge of employment law & HR best practices
- Previous experience establishing & conducting employee review cycles, and chairing relevant disciplinary proceedings
- Proven ability in performance management
- Ability & interest in travelling to our US offices on occasion throughout the year.
- Can demonstrate excellent planning & organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to influence others.
- Proactive approach & ability to problem solve.
