We’re looking for a Content Lead (2-3 years of relevant work experience) to be a part of our Brand Collaborations team. We’re seeking a driven, sharp individual who digs the agility of a startup, values storytelling, and views attention as a currency.
A typical day in this role would include:
- Identifying storytelling opportunities with partner brands,
- Ideating IPs, concept notes, and compelling pitches for content – text, visual, video, tech interventions,
- Creating short- and long-term content strategies for campaigns,
- Handling branded content related operations – write, curate, work closely with other teams to ensure it’s a good story before it’s a branded story.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in (and love for) writing that is both effective and delightful,
- An understanding of TTT’s storytelling universe: its various IPs and formats,
- A finger on the pulse of GenZ & late-millennial digital consumption habits, and a strong interest in branded content,
- An ability to manage timelines with day-to-days as well as big picture stuff,
- Adaptability to feedback, but also a drive to question everything,
- A learner’s mindset — for the above, and everything else.
