Are you passionate about internal communications and employee engagement? As Communications & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a multi-channel approach to keep our staff informed and engaged with key business operations, projects, and technology updates. You’ll work closely with HR and leadership teams to foster a positive workplace culture ensuring our values are communicated and understood throughout the organization.
You’ll lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, organize staff events, and promote our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally. From managing surveys and feedback mechanisms to creating social media content, your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape our employee experience.
So, what are we looking for?
- Experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Ability to create high quality written and visual content and interpret professional and technical information into accessible content.
- Experience managing events and fostering team collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward with a proactive, can-do attitude.
