Place2Be is looking for a dedicated and organised Programme Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation and success of our professional qualification’s programs. This essential role involves managing the day-to-day logistics of our Clinical Staff & Counsellor on Placement (CoP) training, along with our Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications. Key responsibilities include scheduling courses, confirming venues, booking trainers, and handling student bookings and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Delivery and Administration:
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to oversee Staff & CoP, Level 5, and Level 6 programmes.
- Manage course scheduling, venue booking, trainer arrangements, and online booking systems.
- Maintain and update programme content and learning resources on e-learning platforms like Hive and Moodle.
- Coordinate with the Data & Finance Officer to keep student and course booking details current in the Charity CRM system.
- Handle student registration with accrediting bodies, manage work submissions, and process documents for moderation and verification.
- Issue completion letters and certificates to students and ensure website information is accurate.
- Collaborate with the Placements Team to identify placements for Level 5 students and ensure adequate training for CoPs.
- Promote training courses to boost applications and confirmed attendees.
Customer Engagement & Student Experience:
- Serve as a key point of contact for enquiries about Place2Be’s professional qualifications, aiming to respond within 5 working days.
- Communicate important information to students before, during, and after their courses.
- Address safeguarding concerns, student complaints, or additional support requests by escalating issues to the Programme Manager and Programme Lead.
Programme Reporting and Evaluation:
- Create and manage feedback surveys for students and trainers to assist in programme evaluation.
- Track student progress and ensure accurate attendance records.
- Generate monthly reports for the Programme Manager, providing insights on programme delivery, attendance, and progress against KPIs.
General Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.
- Build positive relationships with internal departments such as Placements, Finance, and IT.

What You Will Need:
- Exceptional Organisational Skills:Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a structured approach to handling multiple tasks.
- Strong Administrative Abilities:High attention to detail with experience in managing administrative responsibilities for training programmes or educational courses.
- Excellent Customer Service:Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive and supportive experience for students and stakeholders.
- Effective Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Technology:Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM database systems and Cascade.
