About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven marketer to join our growing, dynamic marketing team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for B2B digital marketing, content writing, and solid SEO knowledge. Experience in B2C social media marketing and working with the education sector would be advantageous. Additionally, this person will be required to utilise various marketing techniques to enhance internal communication within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies (on-page and off-page), focusing on content optimisation and site architecture to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, SEMRush or SEO Monitor, Google Search Console.
- Create and implement compelling content strategies that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare/education sector.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new SEO trends and algorithm updates, ensuring that strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Research, write, edit, proof, and publish all copy for our webpage, social media, blogs, news posts, company newsletter etc using keyword-rich content.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
- Experience of analysing data and producing reports.
- Desirable skill: ability to work on software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Qualifications & requirements:
- Marketing degree or similar education
- Minimum 1-2 years of writing content and proven SEO experience.
- Relevant certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot SEO) would be an asset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Familiarity with design and editing software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and Capcut would be advantageous.
- Ability to research and create engaging marketing material
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient user of MS Office/Gdrive suite
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
