Job Summary
The Front End Supervisor oversees the total front end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer service at the checkout.
- Effectively handle customer feedback.
- Ensure that control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turnover to the Treasury.
- Accountable for front end assets management.
- Database maintenance.
