This highly successful National Light Commercial and Fitout Builder has created a new role for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team of four Contract Administrators, supporting the Senior Project Manager.
About The Role
- Assist in the preparation, review and administration of contracts and related documents.
- Administration of head contracts ensuring all obligations are fulfilled including assisting in the preparation of progress claims, notices, variations, and other contractual correspondence.
- Support the Commercial Manager and Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Assist as required in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues promptly.
Requirements for this role
- 4+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Experience in the Construction or Fitout or Light Commercial industry
- Proficiency in Pro-Core or a similar software.
