The key responsibilities include:
- Sales and Profitability Analysis: Evaluate sales performance, monitor stock movement, and ensure sales growth and profitability targets are met.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct monthly forecast vs. demand analysis, strategies gap planning, and develop brand-building initiatives.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement strategic A&P plans to boost brand awareness and maximise sales through effective media channels.
- Supplier Coordination: Obtain approvals, manage budgets, and address supplier inquiries for marketing programs.
- Media and Advertising: Research, recommend, and negotiate with media outlets to secure cost-effective advertising and promotional opportunities.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Experience: 3-8 years in a similar FMCG role, preferably with experience in the food industry.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Language Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese.
- Skills: Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with sound problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Financial Acumen: Aptitude for business planning and budget management, demonstrating strong business and commercial insight.
- Mathematical and Analytical Abilities: Solid mathematical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
