As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities and coordinating internal resources to developing compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with subject matter experts to craft winning bids that align with our clients’ needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Bid Strategy and Planning:
- Work closely with leadership to develop bid strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and tailor strategies accordingly.
Proposal Development:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, client-focused proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Bid Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate internal bid meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
- Manage communication and collaboration between various departments involved in the bid process.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and market trends to inform bid strategies.
- Position our offerings effectively against competitors in proposals.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of all proposal components to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement measures based on feedback and outcomes.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Gather client feedback to enhance future bid submissions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bid management within a professional services environment.
