Description
Responsible in facilitating the seamless completion of customer orders for Voice, Data and/or ICT , ensuring preventive measures are in place to minimize negative impact on business operations and to meet client’s expectations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage order status and tracking for Voce, Data and/or ICT Products
Provide internal and external customer updates and notification on order activities
Create strategies for service delivery optimization
Manage vendor performance
Collaborate with relevant parties such as NTG.Project Management, Tech Deployment, DSO, etc. to mitigate fallouts
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Order Fulfillment , Flowthrough or anyrelated functions
IT/Telco, Banking or BPO industry experience is preferred
Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field
