About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to serve our customers by providing comprehensive product and service information and resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter through email and social media. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Providing detailed information about products and services and serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Effectively resolve product or service problems by actively listening to the customer's complaint, determining the root cause of the issue, and providing a clear and suitable solution.
- Ensure that corrective measures or adjustments are promptly made, and follow up to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
Requirements:
- 3 years solid Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on resolutions.
- The capacity to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in difficult situations.
