What’s the Head of Marketing role all about?
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS marketing, a proven track record of successful marketing leadership, and a passion for the public sector. This role is critical in shaping our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating demand for our solutions.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and market trends
- Identify key opportunities for growth and expansion within the Public Sector
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to strengthen our market position
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Demand Generation:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion
- Optimise marketing campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve revenue targets
Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts
- Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign performance
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the customer success team to understand customer needs and improve satisfaction
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers to amplify our reach
