To manage the web content, supporting Omnichannel KPIs & optimising pages for an effective customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for optimising web content on key pages to support our Omnichannel business objectives.
- Accountable for the planning of the customer experience as they land on site content.
- Responsible for understanding & utilising key KPI data to optimise web experience; & use in planning of content.
- Responsible for working with teams to optimise content for search & campaign objectives.
- Accountable for understanding how to communicate multiple messages on key pages of the site.
- Accountable for competitor research to continuously develop our site.
Minimum Requirements:
- +3 years web content management experience.
- Ideally (but not essential) has worked both client-side and within an agency.
- Good understanding of retail (and some exposure to fashion retail) within an Omnichannel environment.
