We have an exceptional opportunity for a senior associate or legal director to join a top 50 firm in Birmingham City Centre. This practice is looking for an experienced legal professional to take on an active caseload and play a key role in the strategic growth of the already highly successful department.
My client is looking for an experienced, organised, and ambitious legal professional who has leadership experience or is ready to take the step into a leadership role. The candidate will supervise junior solicitors, take an active role in new business development efforts, and manage a caseload consisting of:
- Settlement Agreements
- Redundancy Matters
- Restructuring advice
- Workforce organisation
- HR Training
- Employment contracts
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years PQE dealing with contentious and non-contentious ER matters. A willingness to work in a team and assist and supervise more junior members of staff is essential.
Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
