Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham / West Midlands
Package: £28,000 Base Salary + bonus – OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car
Monday - Friday only – 8.30am – 5.00pm.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling vans in the Birmingham / West Midlands region. The role will be home-based but you will be regularly visiting our clients' 6 Van Dealerships in the Midlands, as well as going out to visit existing and new retail clients.
Role Overview:
The chosen candidate will be integral to the dealership's success, driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. The role demands a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
- Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Full UK driving licence.
