The Role
This individual will be responsible for SEO link building and outreach. Their goal is to help secure online coverage and acquire earned links to all the Myprotein websites.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Oversee and develop comprehensive digital PR strategies to enhance the online presence of Lookfantastic and beauty brands in Organic Search.
- Advanced SEO and Link Building: Direct efforts to secure online coverage and build SEO-friendly backlinks, utilizing advanced tactics and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
- Media Relations and Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and online stakeholders to promote content and secure high-quality backlinks.
- Content Development Oversight: Guide the creation of press releases, email outreach templates, and engaging content leveraging data and design that aligns with brand messaging and SEO goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (like marketing, content creation, and logistics) and external agency partners to ensure a cohesive and effective digital PR strategy.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget allocated for digital PR activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Innovative Campaign Development: Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An interest in and understanding of the Beauty industry.
- Agency experience is advantageous.
