Reed Marketing & Creative are exclusively partnered with a hugely successful and growing B2C business based in Berkshire, who are looking for an In-store Marketing Lead to join their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage in-store marketing principles as part of the overall customer journey.
- Deliver clear and engaging store marketing plans and activations across our estate in the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe.
- Lead, develop, and implement effective, efficient & proactive in-store marketing activities, meeting brand vision & purpose, supporting sales conversion and ambition.
- Manage the in-store processes, alongside the support of 1 x direct report, the POS coordinator, for PoS print production, format development, distribution, and implementation of all in-store communications.
- Ensure effective use of Store Marketing budget.
- New campaign launches e.g. Equipment Direct, Price promotions, and Campaigns.
The successful candidate will have strong previous retail marketing experience across POS (working with a print agency), store marketing material, and running store campaigns and promotions.
In return, you will receive a salary paying circa £50K depending on experience + excellent benefits + FREE parking when in the office + hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).
