London Based Digital Agency are looking for an Account Manager with CRM experience to join their Client Service Team. They specialize in developing CRM and content for leading brands and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, project delivery, and workflow coordination within our agency.
Responsibilities
- Initiate projects with clients, assess feasibility, and coordinate budgets, teams, and resources with agency team leads
- Prioritize project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth workflow
- Develop project plans, set goals, define roles, and create schedules and timelines using project management tools
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary changes
- Communicate regularly with management and clients, and evaluate project successes and challenges
- Translate client briefs into detailed project plans and ensure project deliveries meet the brief and high standards
- Book and lead client meetings, while maintaining clear follow-up actions
- Manage priorities, workflow, and organizational tasks, and learn system and app usage
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, with a background in advertising, design, or digital marketing agencies
- Experience of using Asana, Jira
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet client expectations
- Strong project management skills, including time management, risk assessment, and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with ESP and CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
- Eligible to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of London
Day-to-day
- Manage agency workload and liaise with clients and agency team through email, conference calls, and meetings
- Translate client briefs into project plans and ensure project deliveries meet the brief and are of high standard
- Book and lead client meetings, maintaining clear follow-up actions
- Manage priorities, workflow, and organizational tasks
- Learn agency systems and apps and gain the trust of clients and colleagues
