HR Operations & Office Manager - Central London/Hybrid - Up to £55,000
2X per week from home, 3X per week in the office.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned, confident, and detail-oriented HR/Office Manager to join a leading B2B Tech organisation based in the heart of London. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have worked in a HR Operations Manager previously.
- Will be able to interpret data based on holidays taken throughout the year using HRIS.
- Will be a confident communicator who is confident liaising with and supporting stakeholders.
- Be comfortable planning & running company events and know H+S surrounding this.
- Will be able to automate weekly grocery and stationary orders when required.
- Will be well versed in the full employee lifecycle.
- Will have experience leading projects from start to finish.
