Your new role
Working in a team of 3 HR Advisors, you will be reporting to the HR Director and will provide HR generalist advice to managers and employees with a head count of around 800. This will include managing employee relations cases, including grievances, probations, and performance. Advising managers on best practice, policy and procedures, onboarding and offboarding, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be CIPD L3 (or equivalent).
- Have experience of managing a high volume of ER cases including grievances and disciplinaries ideally within the hospitality, retail, or leisure sector.
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work 5 days a week in the office.
