What you can expect to be doing:
- Collaborate with the VP of Transformation to research and identify business areas requiring expansion or overhaul to achieve sustainable customer and AUA growth.
- Explore and prioritise options for addressing these areas, considering impact and feasibility.
- Develop detailed proposals with a focus on cost efficiency and economies of scale over time.
- Apply project management practices to track progress, update stakeholders, and present final recommendations.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap for execution spanning 2025 and beyond. Implement structured project management processes across all departments.
- Ensure regular, structured reporting in a universally utilised method/format/forum.
- Conduct post-project analysis, including lessons learned, to inform future projects.
- Analyse the return on investment for each project, assessing calculation accuracy and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a business-wide roadmap of all initiatives, evaluating their interaction, priority, resource allocation, and urgency.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Transformation Analyst, preferably within a business transformation, change management or project management context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and present well-founded recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in driving large-scale business transformation projects.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
