As Exclaimer continues to grow rapidly, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and astute individual to join our growing business as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The successful candidate will be approachable, confident, and able to use their own initiative with a varied workload in a busy and interesting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy support & execution
- Partner with the CEO to prioritise initiatives and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Monitor the progress of key projects and initiatives, providing updates and ensuring that goals are met.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO, ELT, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the timely flow of information.
- Admin Support
- Complex diary support for the CEO.
- Meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up. Represent the CEO in meetings and communications where required, acting as an extension of the CEO.
- Board liaison – meeting scheduling, planning, and organisation.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the CEO’s time is used effectively.
- Event planning/management
- Event planning: WWCKO, RKO, ELT Strategic Offsites, Customer Events, QBRs.
- Internal communications management (VC, All Hands, Quarterly All Hands).
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant of at least 4 years and supporting C-level teams.
- Highly competent in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Proactivity and flexibility.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
