The Opportunity
With a strong focus on automation and efficiency, we are seeking a new team member who is passionate about operational excellence in the delivery of healthcare products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to refine your product management skills while working with a diverse range of stakeholders, all dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative technology and operational strategies.
As a Product Manager in the Medtech Operations domain, you will be crucial in ensuring that our internal administration systems are robust, scalable, and adaptable to the unique demands of the ecommerce healthcare industry and meet our ambitious growth targets. You will assess our needs and make crucial build or buy decisions to implement a state of the art system. As part of a rapidly expanding company, you will receive high levels of autonomy to build your strategy and roadmap while addressing some of our most complex operational and technical challenges.
You will collaborate closely with your key stakeholders including our Medical Professionals and Operations teams to identify, prioritise, and develop innovative solutions to our operational challenges. Knowledge and use of LLMs would be beneficial.
What you'll do
- Improve and optimise HeliosX’s operational and workflow systems to ensure timely and accurate prescription and delivery of orders, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and solve key customer and business challenges.
- Creating your product roadmap and defining quarterly OKRs to support business scaling.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to assess the impact of solutions on customer experience.
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Product teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Track and implement best practices and third-party technologies to advance smarter solutions.
- Communicate product updates regularly to leadership and the broader organisation.
- Work with the data science team to build data-driven systems for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring to HeliosX
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical product management role, with a focus on product service development.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong organisational and time management skills.
