Our client is a well-established flexible workspace provider, owning sites across London with private office spaces and inviting communal areas. They offer bright offices of various sizes along with amenities like meeting rooms, kitchens, multiple breakout spaces, and gyms.
Job Specification:
Manage the Central Sales and Marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
- Drive sales directly and through existing and new sales channels.
- Exhibit strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Manage broker relationships at a strategic level.
- Improve existing CRM use and reporting for data-driven insights.
- Ensure efficient lead management, updating CRM with new, overturned, and rejected leads.
- Communicate viewings with Centre teams and attend viewings requiring senior presence.
- Utilize impeccable negotiating skills to drive sales.
- Conduct continuous research and analysis of the market and local competition, producing regular reports.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Exec team on leads received, viewings arranged, and deals done/under offer, comparing month on month.
- Report on competitors, new competition, and gather broker feedback comparing our offers to competitors.
