Job Title: Brand Manager
Reports to : Managing Director
Role Summary: This role will lead the Brand Team for Lullabellz and be responsible for all visual touchpoints for the brand, as well as the strategy for our internal creative team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver impactful and effective multichannel marketing campaigns, on time and within budget – mapping channels to audiences to ensure the programme of activity lands effectively with our audiences.
- Review and report on campaign performance and use this insight alongside competitive analysis to shape future activity.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage the PR and influencer strategy, cultivating and building relationships on behalf of the brand, alongside other members of the internal team.
- Oversee brand events from start to finish, to ensure the vision has a brand-led approach.
- Manage and motivate the creative team to enhance output.
- Lead the creative development of impactful, category-leading, on-brand content for social platforms that drive clicks, swipe-ups, and traffic to the website.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to understand the results delivered through the creative and gathering future learnings.
- Champion and protect the Lullabellz brand ensuring all communications are consistent across all customer touchpoints and always reflect our vision and brand values.
Essential Experience and Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience within a creative role, implementing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations.
- Experience preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce business.
- High levels of organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) and current trends.
- Experience developing and managing digital marketing content and campaigns.
- Well-connected within the sector, with a wealth of supporting creative and press contacts.
- Building collaborative relationships within the marketing team and ability to manage stakeholders, effective communication, and exceptional influencing skills.
- Proven track record of development and rollout of a strong brand identity.
- Understands the latest trends across hair, fashion, beauty, and popular culture.
- High-level attention to detail

Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility required for evening and weekend work being essential as part of the role.
Location: Manchester - City Centre location with Hybrid working. WFH 2 days per week.
